Goal #1

One meeting with representatives from all Lutheran churches in Winnipeg to explore the concept.

All churches will have received at least one notice, a phone call and a “save the date” for the meeting time.

Goal #2
Get every member to ”Pick a social ministry” to support over the next year with their time/talents/$.

Promotional plan/strategy has been completed – dates chosen for when PowerPoint presentations are to be shown, articles to appear in newsletter, etc.

Goal #3

Hold an event weekly or monthly including food and transportation.

Hold first event by Jan 31.

Goal #4

“Invite (Bring) a friend” program is established.
