Worship Committee
The Worship Committee consists of at least five members including the elected chairperson. The choral director, organist(s), a representative of Folk Worship and the coordinator of the hymn pick teams are also part of the Worship Committee.
The basic objectives of the committee, working with the pastors and the choral director, are to plan and supervise orderly and reverent worship - focusing on regular celebration of Sunday Worship and frequent celebration of the Sacraments. The Worship Committee provides a forum for discussion of meaningful worship options including alternate times and forms.
The committee cooperates with, assists and supports other committees and groups within the church to help assure the proper functioning of all aspects of worship.
